If you chose anything else than full board and want to join us spontaneously for a meal you haven´t booked the prices are as follows

For an extra adult bed we charge 20,-USD (meals not included). The extra person is more than welcome to join us for any meal, the prices are above. Please ask for the availability in advance.
For the following days we only offer a special gala dinner. Please consider the necessary extra charges if you stay with us at these days.

Everybody who wants to join us for the Gala Dinner on the 07th of January is more than welcome. But we do offer the regular dinning service this day, too.
Payment conditions
-50% of the total price is due within 14 days of reservation confirmation.
-The remaining 50% will be due at the hotel upon arrival.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations are of course possible. In case of cancellation we need to retain the following charges as processing fee.
– up to 6 weeks before arrival 30% of the total price
– up to 1 week before arrival 50% of the total price
For any cancellation under a week unfortunately we cannot give any refund and 100% of the total price will be due. In case of cancellation a last minute booking the full 100% of the total price will be due as well.
